What we do

We are an independent foundation established to further the charitable intentions set out in the wills of Philip and Connie Phillips, who were both long term residents of Kent. We make grants to support charities in the county who demonstrate their impact on the health and wellbeing of their local community. Please see our what we fund page for more information.

September 2023: We are delighted that the Philip and Connie Phillips Foundation has a new match funding partnership with long term Kent funder the Colyer-Fergusson Charitable Trust. The match funding covers two of our four priority areas: supporting people who are elderly and isolated and supporting people with a long term health condition or disability. If you are applying under one of these categories, find out more here.

Applications for our Autumn 2023 grants are now OPEN! Please see our how to apply page to read about our application process and to access the eligibility quiz.

Applications close 6:00pm on Monday 23rd October.
